RMG was engaged by the Victorian School Building Authority (VSBA) to project manage the construction of the new LC Building, and refurbishment of the existing main administration building.

RMG were appointed late in the tender documentation phase, with construction on site commencing in March 2023 and practical completion forecast in mid 2024.

The $8.9 million project included demolition and removal of a number of old buildings, as well as construction of a new LC building comprising:

• Four general purpose classrooms
• Visual comms room
• Food tech kitchen area
• Staff admin, student management, and counselling areas
• Two dedicated rooms for media arts
• New canteen and larder
• Dedicated undercover locker areas, changerooms and amenities
• Refurbishment of the existing main administration building to create new and more functional administration areas.

These improvements will help modernise the school and ensure students are learning in an environment designed for delivering modern education.
