Tim Dunlop
Tim Dunlop CEO / Principal Consultant

Tim Dunlop is a Principal Civil Engineer and Project Manager with over 14 years’ experience in design consultation, construction management and project management of infrastructure projects throughout Australia.

Tim’s experience includes the management of multidisciplinary teams to plan, design, procure and construct new infrastructure projects and  maintain/rehabilitate existing infrastructure assets.

Tim’s achievements resulted in him being awarded the 2015 Victorian Young Engineer of the Year and 2015 Australian Young Engineer of the Year.


Carey Ashby
Carey Ashby Project Office Manager / Principal Consultant

Carey Ashby is an experienced Civil Engineer with over 12 years experience in Construction Management, Project Management and Structural design.

Carey has a strong background in Construction, having worked on large projects for Construction companies and in Client side roles.

Carey has a proven ability to work constructively with Stakeholders, Clients, Contractors and Designers to resolve issues and deliver projects on time and on budget.



Philip Chatterley
Philip Chatterley Civil Design Office Manager

Philip has over 40 years of experience in the civil engineering industry. This covers various aspects of civil and highway engineering with an emphasis on infrastructure projects. He has completed geometric design for feasibility studies, preliminary designs and detailed designs. Philip has strengthened his skills on infrastructure & roading projects for local authorities, NZ Transport Agency, RMS and VicRoads (DoT).

Philip’s role involves managing multi-discipline design teams and delivering a wide range of complex multidisciplinary projects. This involves close co-ordination between the team and client organisations in NZ, Melbourne and Sydney.

Philip is an experienced Safety in Design (SiD) facilitator for Australian and NZ projects and regularly facilitates workshops on roading and infrastructure projects.


Peter Herbert
Peter Herbert Structural Design Office Manager

Peter Herbert is a highly respected and experienced Structural Engineer, who has worked on a variety of projects including Sports, Residential, Commercial, Health and Industrial in both Australia and New Zealand.

Peter’s experienced leadership ensures teams provide quality design and documentation and cost-effective engineering solutions.

Peter’s strong technical skills are supported by a ‘hands on’ approach that sees proactive engagement with clients and consultants to ensure optimum design solutions.



Mark Mangan
Mark Mangan Survey Office Manager

Mark is a Licensed Land Surveyor with over 16 years’ experience performing surveys for the public and private sectors in both rural and urban Victoria.

His Cadastral experience includes re-establishment of title, applications to amend title, consolidations, creation and removal of easements and restrictions and all types of subdivisions both large and small, including those for land acquisition.

Mark also has extensive experience undertaking set out surveys, the surveillance of structures and feature and Level surveys, including large route surveys for road duplication and pipeline construction.

Mark is member of the Institution of Surveyors, Victoria.



Felicity Pearce
Felicity Pearce Business Support and Quality Manager

Felicity Pearce has extensive experience in Office Management and administrative support roles throughout her professional career.

With a strong background in customer service, Felicity’s focus is on the creation and maintenance of positive stakeholder relationships.

Felicity’s experience includes working in local government (Engineering and Infrastructure), Project Management, Document Control/ Management Systems, Auditing and Accreditation. Felicity holds a qualification in Business and is a qualified Quality and OHS Systems Lead Auditor.


Rebekka Sutton
Rebekka Sutton Marketing Manager

Rebekka Sutton is a strategic marketing communications specialist with more than 20 years experience in the building, financial services, and health sectors.
