Tim Dunlop
Tim Dunlop CEO / Principal Consultant

Tim Dunlop is a Principal Civil Engineer and Project Manager with over 14 years’ experience in design consultation, construction management and project management of infrastructure projects throughout Australia.

Tim’s experience includes the management of multidisciplinary teams to plan, design, procure and construct new infrastructure projects and  maintain/rehabilitate existing infrastructure assets.

Tim’s achievements resulted in him being awarded the 2015 Victorian Young Engineer of the Year and 2015 Australian Young Engineer of the Year.


Carey Ashby
Carey Ashby Project Office Manager / Principal Consultant

Carey Ashby is an experienced Civil Engineer with over 12 years’ experience in Construction Management, Project Management and Structural design.

Carey has a strong background in Construction, having worked on large projects for Construction companies and in Client side roles.

Carey has a proven ability to work constructively with Stakeholders, Clients, Contractors and Designers to resolve issues and deliver projects on time and on budget.



Peter Herbert
Peter Herbert Structural Design Office Manager

Peter Herbert is a highly  respected and experienced Structural Engineer, having worked on a variety of projects including Sports, Residential, Commercial, Health and Industrial in both Australia and New Zealand.

Peters  experienced leadership ensure teams managed to provide quality design and documentation, providing  cost effective engineering solutions.

Peters strong technical skills are supported with a ‘hands on’ approach that sees proactive engagement with clients and consultants to ensure optimum design solutions.



Mark Mangan
Mark Mangan Survey Office Manager

Mark is a Licensed Land Surveyor with over 16 years’ experience performing surveys for the public and private sectors in both rural and urban Victoria.

His Cadastral experience includes re-establishment of title, applications to amend title, consolidations, creation and removal of easements and restrictions and all types of subdivisions both large and small, including those for land acquisition.

Mark also has extensive experience undertaking set out surveys, the surveillance of structures and feature and Level surveys, including large route surveys for road duplication and pipeline construction.

Mark is member of the Institution of Surveyors, Victoria.



David Runnalls
David Runnalls Business Development Manager Transport

David has extensive experience at both Local Government and State Government with a sound technical knowledge in the areas of Project and Contract Management and Civil Design, Infrastructure and Asset Management, Operations and Maintenance.

David’s experience in growth municipalities, has enabled him to develop a strategic focus with a strong sense of customer service, corporate mindedness, and a consultative approach to technical issues and solutions.

His experience in small rural councils provides him with a strong understanding and appreciation of the dynamics of communities.



Felicity Pearce
Felicity Pearce Business Support and Quality Manager

Felicity Pearce has extensive experience in Office Management and administrative support roles throughout her professional career.

With a strong background in customer services, Felicity’s focus in on the creation and maintenance of positive stakeholder relationships.

Felicity’s experience includes working in local government (Engineering and Infrastructure), Project Management, Document control/Management Systems, Auditing, Accreditation and holds a qualification in Business.
