Tim Dunlop
Tim Dunlop CEO / Principal Consultant

Tim Dunlop is a Principal Civil Engineer and Project Manager with over 14 years’ experience in design consultation, construction management and project management of infrastructure projects throughout Australia.

Tim’s experience includes the management of multidisciplinary teams to plan, design, procure and construct new infrastructure projects and  maintain/rehabilitate existing infrastructure assets.

Tim’s achievements resulted in him being awarded the 2015 Victorian Young Engineer of the Year and 2015 Australian Young Engineer of the Year.


Carey Ashby
Carey Ashby Project Office Manager / Principal Consultant

Carey Ashby is an experienced Civil Engineer with over 12 years’ experience in Construction Management, Project Management and Structural design.

Carey has a strong background in Construction, having worked on large projects for Construction companies and in Client side roles.

Carey has a proven ability to work constructively with Stakeholders, Clients, Contractors and Designers to resolve issues and deliver projects on time and on budget.



David Geerlings
David Geerlings Civil Design Office Manager / Principal Consultant

David has over 30 years’ experience in civil design and drafting, project and design management, investigation, planning and documentation of civil engineering projects.

His reputation for attention to detail and excellent design skills has resulted in him being involved in the design review and independent design verification on numerous major projects to ensure the design and documentation meets project objectives.

His experience on major projects throughout Australia allows him to make a valuable contribution to the detail design process through design innovation, constructability and assisting in the management of the overall design.



David Runnalls
David Runnalls Business Development Manager Transport

David has extensive experience at both Local Government and State Government with a sound technical knowledge in the areas of Project and Contract Management and Civil Design, Infrastructure and Asset Management, Operations and Maintenance.

David’s experience in growth municipalities, has enabled him to develop a strategic focus with a strong sense of customer service, corporate mindedness, and a consultative approach to technical issues and solutions.

His experience in small rural councils provides him with a strong understanding and appreciation of the dynamics of communities.
