RMG were engaged to provide structural and civil engineering services for the design and delivery of three four-storey mid rise residential buildings.

Located on the site surrounding the St Andrew’s Uniting Church in the Bendigo CBD, the new community complex will house 73 one and two bedroom apartments across the three buildings.

The project is being delivered in partnership by Uniting (Victoria & Tasmania) Limited and Homes Victoria, and will increase social housing availability for the local Bendigo community and surrounding Loddon Mallee region.

The completed project was delivered under a D&C procurement model. Drawing on our local experience and industry knowledge, RMG provided advice and guidance around construction constraints and opportunities for the project with consideration of the local construction market, nearby heritage settings and capability to assist in the delivery of the project.
