This project involved the complete refurbishment and repurposing of the existing three storey Sion Convent building into a three storey primary school building.

Originally constructed in the late 1800’s RMG has undertaken extensive design works to alter and modify the building fabric to meet the architectural intent and create a new teaching facility which meets the requirements and demands of a modern learning environment.

Our works have also included the justification and assessment of the existing building for both seismic and fire design supporting a performance solution and partial compliance under regulation S233.

The project also involved the establishment of wider site campus works and a new single story classroom building.
