RMG was engaged as project managers, supporting Moorabool Shire Council in the construction of road works and bridge works of the Halletts Way/O’Leary Way Extension in Bacchus Marsh.

As one of Victoria’s most popular tree change destinations, Moorabool Shire Council has grown significantly in the past couple of years. In order to ensure smart land use planning and transportation systems need to keep up with the demand of road users.

The $10 million project, Halletts Way Extension includes: 

• Extending Halletts Way by 1.2kms to providing an alternative Werribee River Crossing 
• Twin span bridge over Werribee River 
• Drainage Works
• Bulk Excavation
• Shared User Path and links to Werribee River Paths
• Retaining wall construction
• New Roundabout and approach works at intersection with Werribee Vale Road
