RMG was engaged by Mercy Education to project manage the Kelly Building Upgrade project (Sr Anastasia Vanderfeen building).

The original building dated back to 1976 housing classrooms and the school canteen. In 2019 the building underwent major refurbishment and the demolition of the canteen.

The $2.4 million project included the following:

• Full commercial kitchen for hospitality training
• Allied health teaching facility
• New canteen with indoor eating area
• Outdoor landscaping

These improvements have modernised the school and transformed the building into an enviable learning area to equip young people for future pathways.
