RMG delivered structural and civil engineering services for the Bendigo Stadium expansion and upgrades, as part of the Victorian Government’s Regional Sports Infrastructure Program. The project modernised one of regional Victoria’s premier indoor sporting venues, strengthening its role as a hub for both community sport and elite competition.

The project reflects a strong commitment to regional sport and community participation. Construction began in 2025 and was finished ahead of schedule in Spring 2026.

Works were delivered within a live, operational stadium environment, providing uninterrupted access for clubs and competitions throughout construction. The scope of works included:

• A new two court arena
• Refurbishment of existing courts 9 and 10
• New 200 lux lighting across 12 outdoor netball courts
• Solar panel installation and backup generator
• Utility and accessibility upgrades
• Car park improvements
• Sky Lounge corporate facility upgrade for events and functions.
