RMG provided structural and civil engineering services for this landmark mid-rise development in the heart of the Bendigo CBD. Comprising 73 modern one and two bedroom apartments, the project features three four-storey buildings strategically positioned to respect and complement the historic St Andrew’s Uniting Church.

Delivered through a collaborative D&C procurement model, RMG worked closely with the contractor and consultant team to navigate the high density build within a sensitive heritage setting.

By leveraging our local expertise, we provided guidance on regional construction constraints and market capabilities, ensuring the project successfully addressed the growing need for social housing within the Loddon Mallee region.
