Since 2010, Jay has been producing high levels of drafting in structural design and other disciplines including civil, building services (M.E.P) and surveying.

Jays passion for engineering and interest in computer aided systems led him to rapidly grow his knowledge in building construction and keep up with the evolution of the industry.
