Colby is a civil engineer with over 10 years industry expertise across a wide variety of projects throughout Victoria. He has extensive experience with VicRoads projects, in particular the development and delivery of several road safety projects covering project proposals, engineering design and project management. He has also reviewed safety installations to ensure compliance with VicRoads Standards.

Colby has been involved with land development projects for both irrigation and residential purposes, along with time in the field surveying, producing asset and as-built plans for private and government agencies.
