RMG was engaged by Moorabool Shire Council to provide project management services for the construction of a roundabout at the intersection of Balliang Road and Glenmore Road, Bacchus Marsh.

The Balliang Road and Glenmore Road Roundabout was a $1.35 million project which was part of Moorabool Shire Council’s program to improve road safety on their road network.

RMG worked together with Moorabool Shire Council to have the Balliang Road and Glenmore Road roundabout constructed within tight project timeframes. RMG was able to achieve this by bringing together its specialist project management expertise to provide oversight of onsite activities and advice to Moorabool Shire Council on how to most appropriately proceed with construction activities.
