West Wimmera Shire Council engaged RMG to undertake design works for the upgrade of Phillips Street, between Baker Street and Farmers Street, in Kaniva.

The project need was driven by issues with the existing conditions along Phillips Street such as:

• Flooding of properties due to lack of underground drainage
• Narrow seal width
• Misalignment of road centreline across the Camp St intersection

The design works included surveying, proofing of services, construction issue drawings including drainage, footpath, road design and kerb and channel.
