RMG was engaged by Passive Builders to undertake the structural design of a new Passive residence in Ballarat. Passive house principals create substantial reductions in energy usage. The project included the design of the following:

• Concrete slab and footings
• Wall framing & bracing
• Steel and timber structural beams
• Car stacker footings
• Chimney structures
• Roof structure

RMG worked collaboratively with the builder and architect for this project to enable the efficient construction of a new residence. RMG was able to achieve this by bringing together its specialist structural design and construction experience.
