Penrose Place is Wyndham’s vibrant new outdoor activation space, designed to bring the community together through food truck events, markets, and cultural festivals.

RMG worked alongside Wyndham City Council’s Place Making team to secure the necessary planning approvals, helping bring this pop-up venue to life. The space has been purpose-built for community use, with features like access to water and power, ambient lighting, waste collection facilities, and capacity for up to 400 people.

It was a collaborative effort between Council and a private landowner and reflects a creative approach to temporary urban activation. RMG’s involvement in the early planning stages was key to unlocking the site’s potential and supporting Wyndham’s vision for inclusive and accessible community spaces.
