RMG was engaged by Talina Edwards Architecture to undertake the structural design of a new passive residence in Trentham. Passive house principals create substantial reductions in energy usage.

The project included the design of the following:

• Concrete slab and footings
• Timber subfloor
• Wall framing & bracing
• Steel and timber structural beams

RMG worked collaboratively with the architect and builder for this project to enable the efficient construction of this passive house. RMG was able to achieve this by bringing together its specialist structural design and construction experience.
