RMG was engaged by Lotli Pty Ltd to provide planning services, survey services and civil engineering services to develop a 21 lot subdivision in Sheltons Road, Kangaroo Flat.

The topography and environmental constraints of this development posed significant challenges due the large amount of fall across the site. 

RMG worked together with Lotli Pty Ltd to gain a balance between maximum yield, liveability and saleability. In undertaking the development RMG provided a holistic solution, this included statutory planning, geometric road design, reticulate sewer design, reticulate water design and innovative drainage design.
