Kim is a civil engineer specialising in strategic planning for the road network, including transport studies, road safety strategies, infrastructure upgrades and road management plans. Kim has over 30 years experience working in a wide range of transport network management roles spanning strategic planning, pre-construction planning, project management, tendering, civil construction, bituminous surfacing and maintenance.
