RMG was engaged by Moorabool Shire Council to provide civil engineering and project management services for the rehabilitation of Woolpack Road, Bacchus Marsh.

Woolpack Road is a link category road and designated National Heavy Vehicle route, carrying substantial volumes of heavy vehicles. Improvements to pavement width and condition, delineation and other road safety provisions were required to provide a level of service commensurate with the significance of the road.

RMG worked together with Moorabool Shire Council to have the Woolpack Road Rehabilitation constructed within tight project timeframes. RMG was able to achieve this by bringing together its specialist project management expertise to provide oversight of onsite activities and advice to Moorabool Shire Council on how to most appropriately proceed with construction activities.
