Our business started in regional Victoria where community is everything. We grew up looking out for each other through flood, drought, bushfire and global disasters. It’s our roots and it makes us who we are.
Over the years we’ve grown and expanded. We now have a busy Melbourne office. We have metro as well as regional clients, and our team has grown, but who we are remains the same. Skilled people delivering the kind of personal service that’ll make you want to work with us again and again.

Three ways of working
- Time billing – we charge you for the number of hours spent based on hourly rates, plus the cost of materials.
- Embedded support roles – we provide skilled people to fill ongoing or temporary roles within your team. We work within your systems, integrate with your team and help you upskill.
- Lump sum – we provide a single-sum contract based on our shared understanding of the project scope. Work additional to the scope is carried out on a time and expense basis.

Project Management
We help clients from the public and private sector deliver a range of complex, multi-stakeholder projects. Working flexibly on every aspect of a project from budget through to design and delivery.
Planning
We’re experts in land use planning. We provide government clients with advice to help them identify areas for growth and help managing their resourcing and legislative needs.
Civil Engineering
We work on a range of complex projects across the transport, buildings and property sectors. Our work includes road improvements and upgrades, drainage, feasibility, detail and construction designs.
Structural Engineering
We deliver high-quality, constructable engineering design solutions suitable for the residential, commercial and public sector. Working closely with architects, builders and building designers, we use 2D and 3D tools and systems to document projects from schematic design through to construction.
Surveying
We are a licensed land and engineering surveying service. Our experienced team provides title, feature and construction surveying and structure monitoring.
