RMG was engaged by Moorabool Shire Council to provide project management services for the construction of the Station Street Upgrade, Bacchus Marsh.

The Station Street Upgrade included the urbanisation of Station Street, between Grant Street and Bond Street through the construction of kerb and channel, footpaths, road widening and car parking.

RMG worked together with Moorabool Shire Council to have the Station Street Upgrade constructed within tight project timeframes. RMG was able to achieve this by bringing together its specialist project management expertise to provide oversight of onsite activities and advice to Moorabool Shire Council on how to most appropriately proceed with construction activities.
