Department of Transport and Planning (DoTP) engaged RMG for project management services to deliver Township Gateway Upgrades across the Loddon Mallee Region.  

Due to the significant benefits of these Township Gateway Upgrades, the Safe Systems Road Improvement Program required the upgrades to occur at a large scale covering much of the Victorian Road Network.

RMG was engaged for project management services on 68 separate Township Gateways.

RMG worked together with DoTP to manage the construction of the Township Gateways within tight project timeframes. RMG was able to achieve this by bringing together its project management teams across the state to provide a complete approach.
